Audio Underground

I had a great experience at Audio Underground. I came in with an aftermarket stereo that had already been installed, but it had lost its programming and my backup camera had stopped working. From the beginning, they were honest, knowledgeable, and transparent. They clearly explained the process, what they expected to do, and gave me an upfront estimate with no surprises. They were able to reprogram the stereo and get my backup camera working again. The results were even better than I expected. Even better, the final price was lower than the original estimate because the repair took less time than expected. That kind of honesty is hard to find. Everyone was friendly and professional, and as a bonus, they have beautiful cats you can play with while waiting! I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Audio Underground to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced car audio professionals.

Where do I begin? From the first day I knew something wasn't right with the brand new 6x9s I had them install in my back deck. They told me and my husband that my head unit didn't have enough power for them.... well number 1 maybe if you would have used all the wires that are there for a reason, number 2 used an at least sub par quality speaker wire, and number 3 actually wired them and not just piggyback the wire the stereo would have had the chance to power them. They broke clips that hold on the plastic trim piece so now everytime someone gets in and out on that side it comes off. Also thanks a million for putting decking screws in my car... because you used screws that stick down in my trunk 1/2 inch a VERY VERY expensive picture now has a hole in it.... not to mention the fact that it is irreplaceable AND I just inherited it from my mom who passed away. You screwed up my car and should help me figure out how to repair the picture. You did a botch job that I paid top dollar for, then had to have redone. A refund would be great but I wont hold my breath. Couple hundred dollars down the drain but hey I got a cool Keychain 😡

Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. They're willing to do what it takes to make the customer content. I've had multiple window tint jobs, never had bubbling issues, and have had multiple sound systems installed, have rarely had an issue, and if there was an issue, they knew exactly how to diagnose and fix the problem. Honestly deserves 10 stars. Would highly recommend visiting this location if you're in the market for just about anything vehicle related.

Wonderful experience here! Fair price for my radio install, friendly gentleman running the store. And store kitties. It was the most pleasant waiting experience I've had. Although the kitties tried to be the star, their excellent service must be commended! They got my radio installed in not too long of a wait for a decent price. They have an adoption wall for their cats, and were nursing some stray kittens to health in the back as well. I loved the atmosphere of this place. Edit 1: I went back later in the day because I couldn't get the faceplate to go back on. They helped me no problem, they're such kind people! I highly recommend. Edit 2: I returned two months later because after my main mechanic worked on my car, he couldn't get my radio to turn back on. The kind gentlemen here helped me once again, diagnosing a bad wire and repairing it. Plus, the kitties are still happily here to boot! I will come here again and again. 😸

Audio Underground is AMAZING. This is my 4th vehicle I’ve brought to them for a full tint job. I’ve never had any issues. The staff is awesome. The work they do is done the right way the first time. I’ll definitely be recommending them as usual. Thank you!! 😊
